OK, I amA fan of old mining towns, ghost towns, etc.Or maybe I should say an old fan of ghost towns, etc.?

The site is for Jeep enthusiasts, but his trip is very very interesting and gave me some ideas for a trip for me this summer, probably in August.

I will be fairly close in the middle of August, as I am attending speed week at Bonneville salt Flats.

He goes from Amman Nebraska to Dillon, Colorado.  With some stops along the way and of course it's the stops and make the trip interesting because flat is not interesting.

Anyway, have a look.  I think you'll like it.  Maybe I'll see you there in August.

They are practicing! It is a fact that they constantly exercise their sniffers. This is one of the reasons they can find almost anything, including, according to this article, GOLD!

I got a chance to go see the Yankee Fork gold dredge this fall when I was working in Idaho. It was powered by two 350 horse Ingersoll-Rand, 7 cylinder diesel engines, burning 400 to 500 gallons of fuel a day. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Interested In BITCOIN? The Circle Blog

Personally I am not sure about the Bitcoin. It was almost a Tulip thing for a while, then it was like someone had hit it with Roundup.

Now it seems like it is germinating anew with some big$$ fertilizing it.

It appears as if the big banks are buying in, here are a few - Goldman Sachs, IDG Capital Partners, Breyer Capital, Accel Partners, General Catalyst Partners, Oak Investment Partners, Fenway Summer, Digital Currency Group, and Pantera Capital -  do they want to control it? YOU BET!

Anyway read the Circle Blog. They are a Bitcoin service provider, getting in at the root level to start charging fees (just like the big banks) for making it easier for yu to use your Bitcoins.

Tell me what you think.

Here is the blog link - The Circle Blog:
